While any treatment can be therapeutic she has a skill for palpating and locating those stubborn trigger points known as knots. While these may be a bit painful to alleviate, you may often hear her say “no pain, no gain.” The gain in this circumstance would be increased range of motion and helping you restore proper posture.
Amanda is a registered massage therapist, direct billing is available with certain insurance companies.
She expands her knowledge and techniques by continually taking new courses that she finds intriguing. One can never have to many tricks for their trade!
