Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of the soft tissue of the body: skin, muscle, tendon, ligaments, connective tissues and membranes. Massage benefits all people - babies, children, the elderly, pregnant women, palliative care, patients and athletes. For many of us, stiffness, pain and stress are a way of life to which we have habituated. It is not until we receive massage that we experience a body that can breathe, stand and move freely without pain.
