The Active Life Centre has established a long standing reputation for providing a level of excellence in Massage Therapy for over 28 years. All of our Massage Therapists have attained the 2200 hour standard and are fully registered with a recognized Massage Therapy Association. Our Therapists all provide a high level of Therapeuic Massage, Sport Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Relaxation Massage. We specialize in working with athletes from novice to elite.
